Shipping Information: Domestic and some International
We ship most orders via first class mail when possible. This means for the continental US you can generally expect your package in 3 to 5 days depending on the circumstances. This is NOT a guarantee you will receive during that time frame, as we are always at the mercy of the Postal System.
The shipping payment is calculated against the cost of the items. If you purchase an expensive item that can be shipped first class, then a portion of the shipping fee will be returned to you. You can be given an option, in some circumstances, to go with Priority or Express mail. Feel free to ask any questions or inquire as to the options available to get it to you.
If you order large amounts of a singular item, please, please be aware: I do not carry large quantities of any one item in stock. This is a home based business. If I can't move it fast, I wait until the orders come in to place the order with the vendor. I have to buy in bulk in order to receive the one item you may wish, so this takes some time.
As I say on the home page of the site, if I have to order from the vendor because I don't have all of it in stock, it take 2 to 4 weeks IN MOST CIRCUMSTANCES to get it to you. If you have a deadline to meet within that time frame, I may not be able to get it to you. Email me first to see if I can get it faster. I have had several customers that knew I had to order and assumed that I could still get it to them in a week. I wasn't told there was a time frame, and I assume people have read the terms. Unfortunately, they did not.
If you have a deadline, let me know up front in a follow up email, if you were unable to do so in your checkout. Better to know immediately if I can fill your order than wait till I am half done with it only to have you upset and demanding a refund.
If you request a refund, understand it will come back to you via Paypal. Paypal can take up to 7 days to issue the refund. Once it is sent, it is out of my hands.
