Terms

All gemstone rosaries are handmade to order. Most are in stock and can be shipped in 2-3 days. Those that are not in stock, the wait time is 2-3 weeks. I make most everything concerning the gemstone rosaries by hand, so please understand that I will do the best that I can while trying to get you a quality product.

International Purchases:

To get the most accurate shipping and handling for your overseas and international orders, please email your shopping purchases. The cart is set up for domestic use and does not fairly represent most international orders. We can email or send you by regular post, your bill for you to pay online. At the point of purchase, your shipment will be ordered from the dropshippers and/or the wholesalers. It should take 4 to 5 weeks for the larger orders, depending on where it is coming from. If we find part of your order is backordered through the wholesaler, we will notify you immediately.

About the 'Rest of the Store...'

Most of the merchandise takes 1-3 weeks to get out. If there is a hang up with one of the orders, we will notify you as soon as possible of the reason. Most of the products should arrive at their destination at the 2-3 week mark.

We also use drop shippers with certain pieces of merchandise. This allows us to be able to sell at the lowest prices available. The flip side to this is that they all have separate return policies and refund policies. If something arrives damaged from a drop shipment, please tell us immediately so we can forward you the correct information on how to handle the matter

Refunds:

You have 7 days from the point of reception to return the rosary merchandise for a refund, minus any postage and  handling fees. Please contact us if you have questions or if the problem is concerning items other than rosaries.
